A gift packaging for a yoga retreat at the White Desert, Egypt. I chose this Polaroid printer as my gift because it is compact enough to take on trips and record memories. This gift excites you to visit the natural reserve and only to make memories.
For the gift product, I wanted something to capture memories and record the travelers’ feelings. At first, I thought of a camera but everyone has a camera on their phone and a camera can be very bulky. I chose this Polaroid printer because it is compact enough to be taken on trips.
I thought it would be perfect for the trip so you don’t have to worry about taking bad polaroids and wasting them but rather taking your time with your photos and choosing to print them in the moment or later. I chose this item because the White Dessert is a natural reserve that needs to be protected and the gift encourages the travelers to only take memories and photographs and leave everything else.
I wanted the retreaters to be able to take a physical souvenir safely. I didn’t want to gift a yoga accessory because all the people going on the trip were already experienced in yoga and had all the necessary accessories.
