Screen Printing
" My Dream" is a screen print on the ultimate lifelong dream of viewing the Aurora Borealis and being one with nature.
"My Dream" was my final project for my screen printing class. I created 4 layers one being a challenging difficult gradient. I used the photo emulsion technique for my layers which was a lot of trial and error until I was able to get the right amount of light exposure, especially for my layer including the Aurora Borealis created with pointillism. Since the dots are very small it was more challenging to predict the amount of exposure they needed. It was a big challenge for me and I was flooded with imposter syndrome but I am so grateful I finished this project. I reflect on this project with a lot of love.
